Project Background: Soft skills are a combination of people skills, social skills, communication skills, character or personality traits, attitudes, career attributes, social intelligence and emotional intelligence quotients. We invite you to teach soft skills to the young girls of Kshamata if you excel at soft skills.

Purpose: To help build soft skills and other social attributes among the girls.

Key Responsibilities:
Volunteer will visit the Government shelter homes in Bhivandi or Ulhasnagar.
Volunteer will take the session for 1 hour during weekdays.
Volunteer will be oriented about the organisation, its work and expectations through these sessions.

Time Commitment: Anytime for 1 hour between 9 am to 6 pm.

Skills Requirement:

Volunteer should have good knowledge about soft skills.
Volunteer must be good at taking sessions.

About Kshamata NGO:
Kshamsta provides refugee to women rescued from trafficking/exploitation in different shelter homes where many organisations counsel and train them. Kshamata bridges the gap between shelter homes and society by making survivors of trafficking and exploitation bold and independent.
